DHA Lahore plots

Hi, I want to invest around PKR 10mio in DHA Lahore. As I see choice is between 2 files of kanal each in Phase 9 or 1 Kanal in some decent location in phase 7 (e.g) Y block. Another option in order to diversify could be Kanal file in Phase 9 and kanal plot in phase 7 near brb could cost around (7mio). Please suggest

Both of your options are not good.
Take into account following options if you really want to earn some good money with patience:
1- straight away buy a good location plot in Phase-7 (~ 11 million)
2- Buy 1 file of Phase 9 (still little chance in price drop) + Buy couple of 5 marla and 10 marla files in DHA EME 2

Quite frankly, the safest would be phase 7. Everything else is based on stories, assumptions and wishful thinking.

Agree with the suggestions above. Go for Phase 7 or if you can afford, proper phase 8

Dear Sir,
The price range of DHA Phase 6 2-Marla Sector Shop for Trading is around 125 to 150 Lacs depending on location and block.The trading of sector shop is rare. Hardly any availability in market and hard to stand buyer. At the moment there is nothing available in the market for sale.
DHA Do not allot 2-marla sector shops in DHA Phase 7 and DHA Town Phase 9 Lahore yet.It seems like possession of town will be next year.

125-150 lacs mentioned by you is price for constructed shop or plot only? secondly what is the potential of ph6 B block shops specifically considering shifting of DHA office near to B block.
