Hi Can Someone tell me that we can obtain Completion certificate after building grey structure?
ie I want to Build houses one in DHA and one in NFC1 [LDA governed area]
Grey Structure means House without Flooring Tiles/ Marble No Wood work No Doors except main gate and No Bath room Fitting No kitchen fittings. Only Structure rough Floor and Plaster and roof Tiles.

Dear Mr.Jameel,
According to DHA Bye Laws it is impossible to get Completion certificate at grey structure stage. We are not updated on NFC 1, But it seems like not possible there as well

My budget is 20-30 lacs. Perhaps there may be something better that can come in my range?
