The prices have rocketed by 5 to 10 lacs for 10 marla plots.

Till 4 days ago 10 marla plots would not sell for 40 now being offered 50 lac plus.

Whats going on? Have oil reserves been found in this area......

After 20 days ,it will touch it's bottom when no development start.Malik Riaz bluffed the people,if he wanted to start development why he stopped the people to pay installments?. We have seen this dramma in Civic commercial

bahria town is best for short term satta type games. a shrewd and intelligent investor can make millions in no time in BT. but very dangerous

Bahria has acquired land for GVR and development will start within month and also there is no more issue of LRR pass through GVR. All of these factors have increased the price of plots. These will more hight when machinery will enter to golf. Then the minimum price will be 60lac. This is the best time to invest in GVR.

Bahria have given good jump to people and also many people feel down due to bahria and this what bahria plays.I always say play safe and sound on ground plots.

it looks a loly pop from BT, they have not given any written statement that they acquired a land for GVR and neither they spoke on LRR issue, nothing is clear yet, time will decide only

GVR has two approaches one will be on raiwind road opposite fazaia housing scheme and second is from Bahria Town in Nargis block.

The jump in prices of GVR is after the meeting between Mr. Malik Riaz
and GVR plot holders in which he assured that bahria has acquired most of the land for GVR and development work may start within a month. Lets hope for the best.
