This is my IInd post. This website is a great source

of information for oversease pakistani so in this

regard thankfull to CMY sb.


Anybody plz tell me the location of ring road in the

area of the Shalimar garden/Baghbanpura and any

information about Gulshan-e-Shalimar Housing Schem

at shalimar Baghbanpura Lahore.

Gulshan-e-Shalimar Housing Scheme will have a 150 feet approach road going through it to link GT road and ring road.I don't have current price range but there is good amount of house construction there.Roads are in BAD shape. I suggest not to invest there.scheme do have flooding problem too.I you want to live in that area buy a plot in LDA china scheme (gujjerpura scheme) near bund road side. That side is much cleaner and have nice 10m and 1 Kanal houses. When ring road is completed the plots that are now much cheaper near bund road side will see explosive gains. Also sui gas was recently installed in China scheme and due to that prices have started to go up there.Scheme is well populated have 24 hours transport and plots range 8 to 16 lacs for 10 marla.

Very strange informations are given to u by any one, as the price of 3.5 marlas in china scheme is near about 15 lac not for 10 marla plots. secondly Gulshan e shalimar housing scheme is now well developed scheme. A wide road of 150 feet is just complete now a days which make a link between G.T road and Ring Road. Secondly G.T road and Link Road is just at a distance of near about 1 k.m from Gulshan-e-Shalimar scheme. Sui gas is also available now in this scheme. Rates are very reasonable than other schemes like china scheme.
