Currently, Its the best area to buy a plot and 10 marla plot in A1 block is about 28 lac Rs. and 1 kanal ranges 35-45 lac.

Right now there r 5-6 houses under construction including mine. Its location is wonderful as A1 block is on walking distance from Jamia Mosque, Main Commercial and Main Park of NFC.

I am surprized as 10 Merla in WAPDA 1 is also available arround 26, I just posted on wed that on Sunday Jang Magzine I saw an add for WAPDA 1 J block among houses plot for 26 Lakh. Then it looks impossible for extension to be 28 for 10 Merla

Dear Habib,
Well, it depends upon the selller and the availability of plot. To my knowledge there r very few plots of 10 marla in A1 block of Wapda Extension. So, the seller asks more price than some of the plots in J2 etc. U may find 10 marla plot in A2 or A3 block which r not yet developed properly with 20-22 lacs.

However, i agree with u that sometime u may find plots in J2 or H4 with 26-27 lac Rs. but as i said this depends upon the seller. To me A1 mlock of Wapda extension is better than some other blocks of Main Wapda town.
