Dear Iftikhar, forget Public Health Housing Society. there is no development work going on for the last many years. and I heard that management is also a group of chores. Just visit and see nothing is there. Therefore, no one is ready to buy plot in this society. also they dont have enough land but alloted too many plots.
Allah bless the people who had purchased plot in this society.

LDA Avenue is better but risky as there is litigation problems in many cases which is very difficult for a common man to understand.

Thank you for your information. Today a friend of mine wanted to know the transfer price and transfer time needed to transfer a plot in his name. Is it possible for your to give me this info.
