Mr AH786 i think here people r not interested in ur plot. Few days back u came wid the demand of 21 for the same plot but seems did not get reasonable offer and now ur demand is little high than pervious one so i am 100% sure no one is even ready to buy ur plot in 18 lakhs coz sukh chayn just developed society no life is there so far and perhapps wont be next three or four years too. As compare to sukh chayn Bahria is more good and economical too wid all facilities like bank, school, hospital and shopping mall etc. people prefere to build house there in Bahria town if distance does not matter for them other wise bahria is also quite away from central Lahore. Any ways wish u best luck

well i dont agree with good luck .infact sukh chain is more peaceful and better than behria .becon house is opening its branch in sukh chain and its location is far more better .i advice AH786 not to sell his plot coz it will be worth more with in this year .

Dear AH 786:

The location of your plot is very deep, just one lane short of boundry wall and that too in front of a small park of 3 kanals, which, at the best can be called as a "Green Patch". Presently, the plots at very attractive locations are not being offered even the origional price, let alone the location such as yours. Your own repeated ad is the proof to this effect.

It may kindly be noted that this is not to offend you but only an advice to review your asking price if you realy want to get rid of your so called " Corner Facing Park". Anyway, I wish you the best of luck for your deal.

expo centre is close to johar town and only for johar town ??? lolz its just like liberty is only for mm alam rd people . expo centre has even sherton opening there .which world r u living in ? and not only sukh chain ,izmeer ,jubly town all other socities r gonna benifit from there .not to mention dear "green fort" where people r living and enjoying the life there .

noone even has to go to daiy to metro .check your head first .its not some damn round the corner shop .people go their to do their weekly or monthly shopping their coz its whole sale and plus they find everything under the roof .

thats the main reason we see lots of mushroom growth of these kind of shopping centres in lhr .like macro,metro many others .

i tell u now to enhance everyones knowledge .
EME,MUHAFIZ,RAJPOOT,JUBILIE TWON ,izmir " NONE OF THEM HAVE PROPER SEWERAGE SYSTEM APPROVED BY LAHORE AUTHORITY . " only sukh chain has approved seweage system which goes behind that "nala " which is touching sukh chain from multan road side .
IZMIR just paid money to authorities to contect them with sewerage system .

few months back i sold three plots in A SOCIETY ON CANAL ,CANT NAME THEM . i never said EME is bad ,infact i like all the societies along canal .infact my own brother is currently buildind a house in EME .

Hey guys chill, I was just trying to sell my plot and not start a civil war! God knows we have enough disunity in Pakistan as it is, so let's just relax. In conclusion, I think Sukh Chayn is one of the best developed housing societies in Pakistan, and definitely a great investment for the future, but location is an issue if you want to live there today... thokar flyover is half complete, I reckon once the new government comes in it should be completed within the year tops. And then not just Sukh Chayn but all the societies along the canal past Thokar will benefit.

Regarding the drainage, I think ddj was talking about the storm water drainage system in sukh chayn that nobody else has, this is a unique feature that will ensure that the roads don't get flooded and parks dont become swimming pools during the monsooon rains (unlike Gulberg, Garden town, johar town and other areas I have lived in).

On a final note, and for your information, I have had a lot of interest in my plot and even several offers, but none that matched my valuation. Maybe it's due to the elections or the current political instability... in fact I decided to increase my demand because I aint selling rubbish here you know... I am confident that I will get a buyer eventually, one who bothers himself to conduct a through research of this location and to base his decision on enlightened thought!
