If recipient can open an account with Citibank in Pakistan you could transfer money from your Citibank (UK) for free.

or you could try HBL

hi

if we send money to some one in pakistan in his bank account from saudi arabia through speedcash will it be considered as foreign remittance for the individual in paksitan , as last time i sent money to my brother in his account in HBL, his bank told him that they received money from MCB so he is not entitled to get any benifits in tax
pl clarify if some one has any idea about it

Adnan, simply remitting money to someone's account does not mean that the beneficiary’s money has become tax-exempt. This privilege is for those who either work abroad and send money to their accounts through bank in Pakistan or possess dual nationality and send money to their accounts staying abroad. Hope it helps.
