Hello CMY Sahib and other readers of blog,
I am an expatriate, and will highly appreciate if CMY sahib or any one learned reader of blog can please provide the sale/rent rate for a newly built Corner 14 Marla SD (4 bed) house in the PAF Falcon Complex, Near Kalma Chowk, Lahore.
Also, what will be the expert advise that is it the right time to sell the said house and invest the proceeds in DHA plots, or shall it be rented out till the stablization of market?

As per my info, the rent is around 32-40 k , depending upon the location, one those at the back of Mecca colony..(back gate which leads to firdous market)has lower rents ,,other with good locations have rents of 35-40 k. |

Do you people recommend in the current market , shall I sell the house in Falcon Complex Lahore and invest the money (proceeds) to buy plot in DHA Phase 6, or shall the house be rented out for next couple of years till the stablization of market? |
