I'm intend to buy a Furnished house in Amin Housing Society, Bedian Road. Owner is demanding 75 lac. House is at 60 feet dead end road. It has 4 beds with 5 baths. House is Fully Furnished.
I'll will be very thankful if someone share if the society is realiable and demand price is Ok.

sorry i post some wear in avami villa.I am making my home in that 305 B. The price you mention is good. If you will by a land and make the house you can save 10 00000 RS. The house which is made by some one he need to make some profit out of it. |

that is not kayadana e amin. the amin society is on bedian road.just 2 minutes from DHA phase 6 Ring road interchange. |

Thank you Khalid Bhahi, as I mentioned its furnish house with all assories like A/c, Furniture etc etc probebly this 10 lac extra for those finished products. |
