Hi, I want to invest around PKR 10mio in DHA Lahore. As I see choice is between 2 files of kanal each in Phase 9 or 1 Kanal in some decent location in phase 7 (e.g) Y block. Another option in order to diversify could be Kanal file in Phase 9 and kanal plot in phase 7 near brb could cost around (7mio). Please suggest

Both of your options are not good.
Take into account following options if you really want to earn some good money with patience:
1- straight away buy a good location plot in Phase-7 (~ 11 million)
2- Buy 1 file of Phase 9 (still little chance in price drop) + Buy couple of 5 marla and 10 marla files in DHA EME 2 |

Quite frankly, the safest would be phase 7. Everything else is based on stories, assumptions and wishful thinking. |

Agree with the suggestions above. Go for Phase 7 or if you can afford, proper phase 8 |
