Hi, we three brothers who live in Sharjah want to buy 1 kanal plot and build a common residential property.
Is joint ownership of plot possible in DHA at the time of purchase?
We are reluctant to register in one person's name for obvious reasons.

You can buy one property on more than one name in dha lahore as per dha bye laws.

My sincere advice purchase property alone if you can afford. Common building of residential property brings lot of problems in life sooner or later. There is no harm in purchasing independent adjacent plots for all of your brothers. Final decision rests with you. |
