I think minimum one to two years. Phase 9 is not a good investment. |

For 10 merla House a Good Construction will cost about 60 Lac, Multiply Covered area with 1800 per Square foot. Add 10 Lac More for Foundation Boundary and Roof Tank wiring Paint etc etc.
A Turn Key [every Thinng Included] Contarct is usually 2000 Per Square foot. If You do Turn key Contract be very Careful in writing details you may need experienced person for that as there are many things which a layman cant foresee. |

if you build yourself then less money would be spent since it only involves plot price and construction price.... when you buy house from someone else then there is profit margin involved too
5 marla margin -- 5-7 lakh
10 marla margin -- 10-20 lakh
and so on
so think about it, take all the pains OR give this xtra amount |
