Dear Sir,
You can expect DHA Phase 7 Y block Possession (New Cutting / Extension) in 2016.Currently Phase 7 prices are at lower side because less trading and tremendous selling pressure. if political stability prevails after 6 months little rise in prices expected of phase 7.Your plots has weaker location in Y block.

Why is selling pressure only on Phase-7? Any specific reason?
I mean, Phase 6 & 8 looks stable.

Dear Mr.Shahid,
You are right Phase 6 and phase 8 is stable but dha phase 7 trading is very low. Buyer are willing to buy in dha phase 8 and 6 more unless has low budget.Even Possession has no impact on prices in dha phase 7
