Hi
I have one question. Why the rates of plots and bungalows in Karachi Defence is almost twice as much comparing Lahore Defence for comparable units. Why is that?
This is despite the fact that karachi has varoius issues like security and water shortages and Lahore has better living and people.
Please provide your analysis.

Karachi has lesser safe places like Defence & Clifton to live for the rich families that's why its prices are higher whereas Lahore has so many different options (Housing societies) to live that's why Lahore Defence prices are lower than Karachi.

Also there is a fact now in Karachi its Community Living Started....if you compare prices every area is expensive....i.e in Nazimabad and FB AREA house price is more then 10 Crore for 1000 Sq.Yds ( 2 kanal) old house but prefer buyer will be urdu speaking...in Rizvia...Ancholi etc same prices but our Ahle Tashee Brothers are Big buyer there.....Then in Shabirabad and Alhamra Area you will find our Daudi Bohra Jamat Brothers....in Dhorajiii you will find only memon buyers and in Gulshan e Iqbal etc You will find Pakhtoon Brothers..IN DHA most of the resident are Sindhis and Punjabis Business Families.....
In Lahore Same pattern is now follwing on...Like in DHA specially BB Block mahority is our Ahle Tashih Brothers as compare to other areas and same is the Case in Shadman and Shahjmal Areas but its not yet expanded so maybe in futuer this pattern of Community Living will Proceed.
