I have few questions on which your expert opinion is requested:-
- I own a 1 kanal plot in DHA ph 7 X block plot 196/1. What is the market value of this? I m interested to sale. Should i sell it or wait for some time?
-what are the prospects of Z block phase 8 file? Should i sell it or wait for some time? what could be broad time frame when balloting is expected?
- I am interested to buy 1 kanal plot in DHA budgeting between 1 crore to 1 crore 25 lac where i can construct a house with in 1-2 years. So in which area i can get the plot.

Dear Sir,
DHA Phase 7 X 196/1 is valued around 85 to 88 lacs. There is no confirm updates available when dha is going to balloting of dha phase 8 z block. You can buy one kanal plot in dha phase 6 around 125 to 135 in surrounding of houses or dha phase 7 R block for house construction. DHA Phase 8 is also appropriate option as well.
