ajaz replied on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 04:22 AM to gain profit, normally i see people going for a kanal file in DHA , just to wait for the ballot in a hope to get profit, whereas in the same capital they can buy a smaller plot in dha ready for possession and than can gain profit. a typical eg is 1k file of phase 9, and a typical eg of buying a plot is ph 9 town...for above. To me ph9 file has eached its peak , but there is still a cushion of earning in phase 9 town in a year to come.time for earning in ph 9 file was last year when it was at 35, not any more. |

Simply buy with closed eyes if it reaches this value or below.If impossibly balloting is next month the fair value is 50 but file might reach to 55+ due to overheat market. |
