LRE is doing a great job. I would really want LRE to reply to my below questions and from experts. Why people are discouraging from buying phase 9 file?

I want to know dha phase 8 balloting has been done?

What is the status of phase 9 and phase 9 extension balloting?
When it is expected?


Which society, phase 9, phase 9 extension and dha eme phase 2 exists on ground?

Secondly what is the price range for bahria orchard for 5 marla and 8 marla?

What is the price range for state life phase 2 for 5 marla and 10 marla?

@ Captain,
DHA Phase 8 get Balloted in 2010.Development work in in progress. It is expected possession will be in 2016. DHA Phase 8 Z block balloting is due in future and expected in coming months.

This year is full of rumour that phase 9 draw is going happen any time but No confirmed news yet. May be it can prolong to next year. Lets see ! Only DHA town of phase 9 physically exists on ground and possession is soon.

DH Phase 9 Extension has file only and it will take time probably 4 to 5 years for ballot.Land acquisition process going on.

DHA EME Phase 2 Land acquisition process process and very hard to predict when it be balloted. We will let you soon. waiting for news for reliable sources.

In Bahria Orchard Prices as follows depending on follows :
5 Marla 14 To 18 Lacs
10 Marla 30 To 38 Lacs


In State Life Phase 2 Prices as follows depending on follows
5 Marla 15 To 16.50 Lacs
10 Marla 18.50 To 21 Lacs
