I have around 5 mio at the moment and planning to buy 5 marla in DHA 9 town or DHA 8 Y block.
Kindly advice , which option is the best for investment and as well as living purpose??
Understood that DHA 9 town is bit far from airport and DHA 8 Y block plots are very deep from road level.

Mr CS , phase ix town would be a better option for you in your budget , and for times to come. |
