Please advise which is better option to invest for 3-5 years time, 1 kanal file of phase 7 or 1 kanal file of phase 9?
Also when is balloting expected for both phases?

Dear Sir,
It is far better to buy dha phase 9 one kanal because probability to get good location plot is rare in phase 7.

Thanks for the suggestion. But what do you expect when the balloting will be done for both? And if we see the scenario that balloting is done early for phase 7 its value as a plot will get higher comparing with phase 9 file if for 9 balloting is not done till then.

phase 9 may have an amazing location but its only worth keeping if you want to construct in 2025 or so otherwise phase 7 is a much better option for construction within next 5 years. |
