Please advise DHA phase 9 is a better investment or DHA EME phase 2 for a period of 3 to 4 years.

Yeah but DHA EME-2 is a flop idea as they don't have any land to acquire. Last promise to ballot was Oct 7 2010.
Please don't fool yourself and others ....

if EME-2 is developed in THARRR DESERT even then it is much better at this price....five years already gone they will not take five more for balloting |
