I have a phase 9 file. Is it guaranteed that i will get a plot after balloting? In case it does not then what will happen to file?

A file is as good as plot. Only plot number will be allotted to you in ballot |

You not need to worry about. You will definately going to get plot no after ballot. Thats DHA is most credible housing society.
