I have seen people who made a lot during this time in phase 8. Not sure how long I can hold. Also, one more thing, if someone has budget around 5-6 million, what is good option for him for next 2-3 years? He might be able to make this transaction around end of January. |
phase6 replied on Thursday, October 30, 2014 04:37 PM TO be honest, the only phase where people have made a lot of money in the past 2-3 years is phase 8 (proper) because of its location. Phase 6 has only seen a gradual increase over the years because of construction activity. Look at phase 9 - it was 48 lacs even 10 years ago and it not even that today! You have a solid plot which is almost fully developed.. Once phase 6 starts crowding up, naturally people will construct in phase 7. |

The plot is with me since I remember 2005-6 when it was park view. I really have the budget I mentioned but you didn't mention what option you think is suitable.
