As you see this file was @ 15 lac 3 years ago and now it is more than 3 times in price.
Correction is a natural phenomenon and although it will not go down that far but it is still destined to be somewhere more or less 35--40 lacs in about a year's time. It will stay there for a 2--3 years before touching new highs in about 5 years time.
This is just what I believe having invested in property for the last 25 years and after getting a lot of gains and losses. |

actually property player is now playing with SL-2 because they know no body is interested in Ph-9 file but they have make there daily so they doing what they like to do,for you guys just wait watch the trend of society rate... |
