Dear LRE please suggest is it good time to invest in phase 9 and which category 5m, 10m or kanal. How much appreciation is expected in next 6 to 12 months. Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir,
phase 9 one kanal seems more effective considering the price of all three.If you have budget then go for one kanal. The major returns will be after ballot.

I think if one buy 5 marla multuple file rather then 1 kanal the chances will be more to get good location plot.mean at least one will be at good location if we buy 2 plots of 5 marla?what you say? |
