NFC 2 300% [If we Include Dev Charges as part of initial Investment], other wise 400%

Model Town Ext 200%

It is extremely important to time your investment in real estate

What would be the correction and if prices took 5 years to go back where they are currently standing . Will it again follow same procedure?

Thanks you Jameel Sb. its very useful info and true. However I need comment that in next 3 years (by 2017-18) do we expect same percentage appreciation ? I dont think so as that will make beyond reach. Do u see almost everything which is bought is available for re-sale in secondary market

I hope that Mr. Jameel analysis will be correct but the exponential growth mentioned in his analysis cannot be possible in future. There was a rally and prices increased unfairly but now it is hard to expect any unreasonable growth because it will completely go out of the range of common man.

The prices in DHA, Lahore is more or less compete with the real estate prices of USA, Canada etc. Any comment?

A dramatic up raising phase is over now for minimum 3 to 4 years, now the prices are at the peak so will at least stable or may be a little bit decline due to investors resale, it can never go with same pace its a natural phenomena, now wait for the next cycle, time is very important to invest in any sector.

I personally think property prices will get hike in future as even now property price in Karachi is much higher than Lahore, with Lahore having better business prospects in coming future.

This is true that there had been a significant increase in property prices across the board. Will this trend continue in future, remains to be seen. But one could guess that it might slow down.
The properties which are on ground, will definitely hold their ground or go upwards slowly. While the castles in the air(FILES), may tumble any time.

I meant to say the trends are cyclic, we need to anticipate where this will cap, usually plots and houses hold their value during slump period after which another rally comes.
If someone was tacking my posts i emphasized 3 years back that, This Is the Time to make big purchase.
I Think still market did not cap and there are still under-priced areas
