Compared to Phase 9 and other new developments in southeren Lahore, Phase 7 is more closer to the old Centre of Lahore, e.g. from Mall Road, Fortress Stadium, Jail Road etc. Other very good feature of Phase 7 is that it has beautiful BRB canal touching it. I think, as soon as some construction starts in phase 7, people will realise its potential and its advantages. |

Riz replied on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 08:34 AM I think there is no difference in ph-6 and ph-7, it only divided by virtual line but as of now there is big difference in price So, it’s time to buy and govt. already have a plan to rebuilt the Barki and Baddian road same like ring road and once it’s done definitely its price will be equal or may be more than ph.6. Apart from knowledge park project there is already reserved big land for Australian University beside Q & T block they have plan to start construction by end of 2015. University and 130-acres of land is already reserved nearby Q and T block on the lips of barki road. it is Australian University or pakistani that I don't know but there will be a university. Ramzan replied on Thursday, November 27, 2014 05:04 AM My friend, There is no comparison between p-7 and p-9 town, 9-town has only 5 maral plots and the plot price as of now is 3.5 to 4.1 million max. which is I think not much realistic, it’s just a price hike + demand and supply law and less budget people feel more safe to play in 5-marla area. P-7 has 10M, 1K and 2K plots and you can’t match the prices with 9-town. please re-study the market. I do agree P-7 is much under prices compare to P-6 and I feel it’s just a matter of time, it will pick up once investor start moving there. |

Anyone with common sense will tell you that phase 7 has a huge potential and prices are beginning to move a little already. It does not make sense to compare phase 7 and phase 9. They are meant for different times. Phase 7 is an ideal investment and house construction for next 5 years. Phase 9 is more long term (ranging from 10 to 15 years). |

Today, we all know what phase 5 prices are. I have no investment in phase 7 but I think this phase is the next big thing once phase 6 fills up which wont be too long! |

To substantiate my claim you can see that where block number for phase 6 ends, there starts block number for phase 7. Moreover, a University and a Theme park is in the pipeline. Just wait for few more years!!! At the moment, attention of all investors and property dealers is focused on phase 9 for their own interests. |

DHA phase 7 was 35 lacs a kanal (good plot) in 2007 and it is now around 120. DHA phase 9 file 10 years ago was 45 lacs and it is still around the same price. I wonder what kind of useless information are you trying to spread. |

Common sense says that if on the left side of the golf course (phase 6), a plot is around 180, on the left side (phase 7), the prices will soon catch up once construction begins, phase 6 fills up and DHA office moves to phase 6. If in three to five years, phase 6 1 kanal plot is around 240, then for sure phase 7 good plot will be close to 180 with plots next to golf course in W block around 200. @Kamran - There are litigations all over DHA (Air Avenue, Park View, Phase 3 and 4, phase 6 and LOTS in phase 9 which is why no balloting). |
