But don't compare p-5 as its already more expensive than p-6 and populated phase. The only reason I see p-7 is under value that's why it will may go up like 25-30% and p-6 15-25%. |

As for litigation, that has been in several areas of phase 3, phase 4 and even phase 6. I doubt phase 7 will be the same as phase 6 but it will definitely come closer. Already, you can see that R and S blocks of phase 7 are bridging the gap with N block of phase 6. |
roohaan replied on Monday, December 1, 2014 04:56 AM phase 7 will increase gradually as time passess by, however will always lack behind as compared to ph 6. 2007 was the ballotting date for phase7 once i got a plot in U block.Already 8 years in progress and still few blocks lack possession. If people can get better loc plots in phase 6 as compared to prices for W block phase 7 , why would one prefer ph 7. |
