MJM Dammam replied on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 06:01 AM @Rashid - DHA has already announced possession of Q, R, S, T & U blocks. Basically at the outset there was no phase 7. It is an extension of phase 6. See the block numbers of both the phases. As far as the price of phase 7 is concerned, I think there is a lot of construction activity at phase 6 that is why its plot price is more than phase 7 plots. Once construction at phase 7 starts, price will go high. This is my personal opinion, anyone can differ. |
