impact of DHA office shifting,

well these days people are overwhelmed with the idea of DHA office shifting to ph 6....thats the reason behind such speculations of crossing phase 5. Anyhow time will prove it.
on the other hand if anyone expects phase 7 to be at par with phase 6 in next 4 years...where half of the blocks have not been given possession due to litigation ....than God have mercy on those who speculate such boom.

Phase-7 prices will not come at par with Phase-6 but they will increase substantially for sure with the passage of time.

Dear Ahmed / rohaan,

Do you know which blocks possession has not been given, if not please up-date your knowledge almost 90% of ph-7 possession has been given. could you pls. explain (if don't mind) what is the difference between p-7 and p-6 and why there is big gap in prices of both. your comments will be appreciated.

Read Dha letter 590/28/2/pr dated 14 feb 2014...u can get the copy from dha office....possession is aval for q, r,s t, u block... remaining blocks due to litigation not cleared. details are in the letter.

Good analyses and I don't see any speculation now a days in DHA, speculation time is gone to the wind long time back and now it's real and logical market growth.

@Rashid - DHA has already announced possession of Q, R, S, T & U blocks. Basically at the outset there was no phase 7. It is an extension of phase 6. See the block numbers of both the phases. As far as the price of phase 7 is concerned, I think there is a lot of construction activity at phase 6 that is why its plot price is more than phase 7 plots. Once construction at phase 7 starts, price will go high. This is my personal opinion, anyone can differ.
