Assalam o alaikum all,
I am currently looking to invest my money in land purchase and noticing lots of recommendations about DHA phase 8. I agree that location in this phase is good, but as per my understanding, the prices of plots in this phase are already too much and may not much increase in coming years.
Is my thinking correct? Please provide your valuable comments and inshaAllah those will also be helpful for others thinking to invest.

Yes you are right appreciation won't be too much in it and will take at least 10 years to get double of the amount what it stands today. |

If you would like to invest for 3-4 years, then invest in DHA8, in block Z.

Because z-block has superb location and it has not yet appreciated, you can still buy 1-kanal file around 62 lacs.
