From security perspective, Bahria town is the best. DHA is not much secured as you also mentioned. In daily newspaper, you will find robbery cases in DHA sectors. You rightly mentioned thar DHA rahber is smaller and gated scheme but it is congested i.e. small roads, not all facilities available currently (grocery / shopping related etc.) If you have to choose between the only two options you mentioned, then go for phase 7, because at least it has much better location, not congested and have chances of further price increase. |
