Salam dear brothers I am overseas Pakistani I have 70 to 75 lac rupees should I buy file in phase 7 and roughly how long would it be before I get a plot on the ground .or should I buy a plot in phase 7 or 5 marla house and give in on rent in some near by society to DHA please advise jazakallah.

U can buy One Kanal plot in Phase-7 around 75-lacs. Its possession would be given on End 2015. Its better choice in this budget, go for it. |

You might not get a great plot in Ph 7 in this budget, but long term returns will still be good. |
