Why Phase VII? It's prices are stuck for a long time and don't know when there will be increase.
I am asking this because I have 10 marla plot in this phase and thinking to sell it out. |

Dear Sir,
You should split your investment among DHA phase 9 + Fazaia Gujranwala + DHA Gujranwala and DHA Multan equally to be 100% safe and still have max chance to gain big percentage wise.
