Which is a better option from investment point of view :
1. DHA 9 4 marla commercial file @150 lacs or
2. DHA 9 Three 1 kanal files @around 49 lacs
which one would yield higher return?

Surely 3 one kanal files are much better choise as commercial is only worth when in fully papulated area. DHA-9 will take ages to be good as commercial but good ss residential. |

Commercial definitely will give better return if we take into account rental income. But it might take a long time before its on ground. |
