I have a plot in DHA, phase 7, block Y on 150ft wide road. presently its value is above 75 lack (due to 150 road). What is your opinion, it value will increase more in near future (still it is non possession block). Thanks

yes The current market value of is around 75 Lacs.After possession you will expect rise as it of prime location. but it better to buy in phase 9 for better returns
