I have budget of 350 lacs.Do you have any body selling 8 marla commercial broadway files, where could be the possible location for these files( Block A, B,C,D) as most of the map is already occupied.

Dear Mr.Mushtaq,
The dha phase 8-marla commercial file is available @ 330 lacs. It could be in any block but you can say more probability in C block as DHA acquiring land there but nothing is confirmed before ballot

Kindly also advise as earlier said in the posts there are villages on sides of broadway. Is this factor still playing to keep people investing and developing in broadway.Also When will be the good time for broadway come.

Dear Sir,
IT will take one to two year to get possession. Villages is main disadvantage that always stick with broadway.especially the boundary side suffer a lot due to this. construction of plaza is there but speed is slow, will be populated when dha 8 get possession.
