i have 10 mrla phase 8z file which i bought in 2013 october at 37.25 lakh.
now i have another 25 lakh to invest. please suggest if i should sell phase 8z 10 marla file and combine my total money and invest in some physical ballotted plot
or i should keep the phase 8 file and invest 25 lakh somewhere else
please suggest
