I am overseas Pakistani living in Europe.
I have a Plot in DHA Phase 7 and need money to be transferred from Pakistan.
Can my brother sell my plot of DHA if I send him Power of Attorney duly attested/completed by Pakistan Embassy?
If this is possible, what documents are needed in respect of myself and from my brother who resides in Pakistan?

You need to be present in DHA office for selling the plot. |

Please advise if selling is possible without coming to Pakistan.
On the other hand, if this is not possible, would that be possible to sell the plot within a week time with a hope I will get right and good/current rate of the Plot?
I have one 1 Kanal Plot in DHA 7 and 1 Kanal File in DHA Phase 9 but I only want to sell one from these two.
Kindly advise should I sell Phase 7 plot or Phase 9 file as I want to keep one for my rainy days.
Also advise what cost involves for selling the plot or file?

You can sell even without visiting DHA office. Just go to DHA website (dhalahore.org), there is a procedure for buying/selling property in case if buyer/seller is out of Pakistan. |

Dear Sir,
Being stayed in pakistan, transfer is possible via embassy but this process will take 3 to 5 months for completion plus whether can buyer wait for such period. If you need early payments then it will fulfill your cause. It is better to come for one week and sell your property for quick money.
It is better to sell dha phase 7 plot and keep dha phase 9 for future as it has potential to give maximum return.you need to pay outstanding dues against plot if any plus commission etc.
