I bought file in 2013 for 43 lacs...immediately after I bought it touched 53/54 lacs then came back....likewise there were some significant dips as well...but I know these are the tactics of dealers to make money which my effect the price in short term but in the long term (next 6-8 years) the real investors will gain huge benefits from phase 9....so I would advice to all the investors fo Phase 9 to hold their files and wait....Rest Allah knows best. you get only what you are destined to get. |
