However i would go for nearing possession plots and gain capital in small hopps frequently with sure location of plot isntead of investing huge sums and waiting for ballotting for years. The cycles are 6 to 7 years apart, In 2002 DHA 6 was 16 but in 2004 it was 80 [File], in 2008 average plot was 55 [including development Charges of 6 Lac] in 2009 even lower after possession. DHA 8 file peaked aground 90 in 2005 but after 5 years average Plot was 50 to 55 Lac, So Timing is Important, if you chose bad time, in 10 years you will earn 3X if you chose good time you may get 9X. |
