I have commercial plot in lahore dha 4 marla. I have an option of selling it 3.5 crore and up( please update me with the price if its too low(thanks)) or i can build a plaza. What should i do i live in america and plan to stay here what is my best choice. And also how much would be the rent per month. Its on the backside of a main road. Thank you very much for your advice .
