Dear LRE Team / Property Experts,

I posted under-mentioned query few days back but didn't get desired response / guidance. I am re-posting same question; hope I will get better response from learned friends this time around . . .

I have a 1K plot in DHA phase 8 sector U. Its price is stagnant since quite some time. Which of the following options should I adopt in order to gain maximum benefit within next 1 year time:-

a. Sell off this plot and invest in 4 Marla commercial file in phase 9.

b. Buy a 1K possession plot in phase 7 and a 5 M plot in Phase 9 Town.

c. Buy two 5 Marla plots in phase 5.

d. Buy a 5 Marla plot in a developed phase and construct a house for selling purpose.

Any valuable advice will be highly appreciated.

Other options are
1): DHA 8, Ex Parkview files.
2): DHA 8 proper file + Phase 9 (5 or 10 marla file)
3): Commercial broadway phase 8

Dear Abc,

DHA Phase 8 is jewel.. The prices gained in Nov Dec last year 2014.
Just wait until possession and you will get a big reward Inshallah.
I understood that Phase 8 is underprice now but there is good potential in coming months/years. Regardles of all above, please note my comments point by point against your options.
a : Phase 9 commercial is good investment , if you can make some more budget then go for commercial broadway.
B: If you want to build house soon then buy in phase 7 otherwise I will not suggest.
C: Phase 5 is already high priced, I blv u will get 5 marla plot in 70 plus lax.
D: It might be good option but u need to invest more time in building , material purchase and supervision.

Phase 9 and 7 is not that good location compare to phase 8..
