Considering if current price of DHA Phase 9 One Kanal file is 54 Lac and rate/price of ballotted plot of Phase9 One Kanal would be 65 Lac, then we will get only 50 lac? which means we will get 50 Lacs instead of 54 Lac which was price before Ballot? Its just my thought and could be correct. That's why I asked in above post, do we have to pay development charges in full if we decide to sell the balloted plot after one day or more of Ballotting?
