Where is the best place to invest 25 - 30 lac for a 10 marla plot / file? Ideally in Lahore.
I know in this price there is DHA Phase 9 but only 5 marla file. Not too sure about Phase 9 extension as we can get 10 marla in that price range.
Maybe DHA Multan might be a good option?
I'm looking to invest for 2 - 3 years.
Appreciate some advice.
