Dear Experts,

Please comment on Dha rahber commercial vs phase 7 commercial.

What's the price of 4 marla and 8 marla commercial in Dha rahber and by which year will development be finished.

My sweet brother who is in the favor of phase 7 commercial, I would like to say one thing that the price reflects the true worth. Phase 7 commercial is less than phase 9 commercial and phase 8 commercial.

Time has proved that phase 7 is the worst phase of all phases of dha lahore. A crow is born with black colour and it can never become white coloured, no matter if some people think its white.

People said the same bad things about phase-5 twelve years ago, now those people wish to live in Phase-5.
Just wait for few years and then u would see Phase-7. Price is not the reflector of real worth of land, its just reflect people's trend and trend can be changed anytime with any announcement or development.

Agreed, price is also very important indicator and i'm concerned in percentage returns, which would be highest in Phase 7 commercial case than anyone else. Actually, this is value investing; in layman terms buying suzuki for the price of motor cycle rather than buying mercedes for the price of jaguar.

Anyway, i had given reasons for my belief and you could disagree MS. In fact, it is only with different opinions that one learns, regards.

At the moment price of phase 9 commercial is high only because of satta investor. If wet talk about reality phase 9 commercial is 8-10 years behind phase 7 commercial. The facts are that commercial means where you can do commercial activities. It does not mean you play satta with prices. Jus for example if one wanted to start building commercial plaza where he can do it first , in phase 9 or phase7. ?
So the difference will be between serious buyers and just to use your holding power which is not a real business but rather a game of big fishes.
