I am considering to buy a 10 marla plot in y block, DHA 7. It is located on 150 ft wide road facing 1 kanal plots. The dealer told me that there is not even a single 10 marla plot is available on a 150 ft wide road. Is it correct? What experts/members can advise me and what should be the price of it. Appears to me good location, but I want to take advice from others who are involved and know much better than me. I want to buy to construct my own house there. So it will be appreciated if members can tell me when I will be able to construct the house or what are chances of price increase in short term, say 2-3 years. thanks.

I u want to construct a house Air aveneu is the best choice now, becouse it is fully developed area of phase 8, I have a 10 marla plot for sale

Strong advise. Phase 7 is proper DHA and will yield a lot more. Phase 9 town and Air avenue are quite poorly developed compared to phase 7.

I myself feel that DHA 7 is much better option than Air avenue or DHA 9 due to its location and development wise. Can anyone comment that is it worth to buy a 10 marla plot at Avenue 14 (150 ft road) for more than 75 lac?

Absolutely worth it if its on 150 ft road and you want to construct in the next 2-3 years.

10-Marla plots are available at 150-ft road in Y-block of Phase-7, I think it's 14 Avenue. It's very good location & vert few plot owners want to sell it.

Price of 10-Marla normal plot in Phase-9 Town is around 80-lacs. In this comparison, 10-Marla plot in proper Phase-7 at 150-ft road is very good at 75-lacs.

Air Avenue location is much better than 7. Logically there is no comparsion as both are different phases. I don't agree wid term proper as both are owned by DHA. 7 is much better developed but Air avenue is well populated now. Any how pros and cons always there. I advise one should visit location and do ISTIKHRA before taking final decision.

Boys i am not a dealor or an expert but one thing which i have observed about DHA is that it never breaks its sequence ....if you go back around 2008 or 2009 phase 5 was never developed to its extent because phase 4 was not fully populated ....same is the case with the next phases i beilive dha 6 will be populated to its extent then will come phase 7 and 8 ...Phase 9 for the next five years seems out question as there is lot of supply in shape of 6,7,8 half of the phase 5 is still not populated so we should see things logically rather than jumping into speculatoins....there are better places to speculate than the property
