Location difference between phase 6 and phase 7 plot would not be more than 5 million rupees. At the moment, it is in excess of 10 million for the most expensive plot of phase 6 and least expensive plot of phase 7. This gap will definitely narrow once possession given and construction begins. |
Ibrahimdxb replied on Thursday, April 23, 2015 07:50 AM As per my experience, for investment, upper portion of P block of phase 7 is the best at this time and you can find good location plot@120-125 and after two year it will be around 200. After few years no body will differentiate between phase 6 and 7 upper portion, rest Almighty Allah knows better. |
