The lower cutting of Ph 7 will not be populated in 5 years. Phase 6 got possession 7-8 years ago, and untill now, except for A,B,C and J block, most area looks deserted. |

Pick any phase (no matter what the location is) and you will notice that 2 kanal plots are between 350 and 700 lacs. Getting a 2 kanal plot in phase 7 for less than 200 lacs is almost free especially if you want to construct in 5 years. Hands down go for it!! |

Look at phase 5 (one kanal plot 250 lacs and 2 kanal is 600 lacs), same with DHA phase 1,2,3 and 4. If one kanal is 2 crore in phase 4, then 2 kanal is 4.5 crore. This is because 2 kanal plots are rare to find. |
