What is the material cost break up and how much labor cost me and how much approximate time will be needed to construct a house?
I am thinking to do a thakha and material will be provided by me to that thakka-dar.

Dear Qaisar Iqbal,
Labour costs are generally included in the per sq foot quotes. I think in Lahore, it is about 240-260 per square foot at minimum. |
