Rasheed replied on Sunday, April 26, 2015 07:56 PM I am in process of building a house and grey structure can cost north of 1000 per square foot. Labour cost alone could be 260 per square foot or more. Any expense on top of grey structure depends on the finish you want to achieve. Nobody can give you exact guess of it. It totally depends on choices you make during construction of interior/exterior etc. Building a house is sum of many parts and each have a different unit cost associated with it. It depends on which option you go it. Sorry to say but in your case, 30 lakh is not enough for even getting grey structure done, probably 35-40 lakhs, you can get grey structure. A fairly good finish can easily cost 2000 per square foot, so for 3000 sq.ft, i'd say 60-65 lakh. |

Rasheed replied on Monday, April 27, 2015 01:43 PM Grey structure should have plaster, internal and external. Generally, tyling is not included but I managed to negotiate the cost of labour for tyling in grey structure cost, but it cost me 20 rs/sq. ft more. I think it was worth to have it included if you can. Electric cables are not included. Electric work can cost you 125,000 for double story house. |
